This Refund Policy applies to purchases of FLCNAPrep access, sold and processed through Stripe by Hilogistic, Corp.

We deliberately keep a free preview — the first practice questions and study sections are open with no account — so you can confirm the format and quality before you pay.
7-day refund
If FLCNAPrep is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you, provided the access has not been substantially used (as a guide, fewer than roughly 20% of the practice questions viewed). We may decline clearly abusive requests (for example, refund requests after completing the full question bank).
How to request a refund
Email us from the address you used at checkout, with your Stripe receipt or the email tied to your access. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
Lifetime plans
Lifetime Access purchases follow the same 7-day window. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product/service, not a personal guarantee of perpetual availability.
